Heritage Permit Submission

Please ensure you answer all questions and upload all materials requested. You will receive a confirmation email after you have applied. Development Services staff will contact you regarding next steps, or if additional information is required. 

 Fees (can be paid online, or in-person):

• $227.00: Permit Review - designated properties on Heritage Register or in Conservation District (Part IV and V of the Heritage Act)
• $165.00: Demolition Review - non designated properties on Heritage Register (Part IV of the Heritage Act)
