Water Service Disconnect / Reconnect

If your request is an emergency due to property damage please call 519-634-8525 x.9403 or, if after 3:00 p.m., call 519-998-1862.

Please book an appointment at least 3 business days away from the current date to give utilities personal sufficient time to verify the functionality of the infrastructure prior to the time of disconnection/reconnection. 

Please note: Date and times are not guaranteed, Public Works / Utilities personal will contact you to confirm your booking. We can only accommodate requests between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
